The Iowa Interfaith Conference dates back to the release of A Spectrum of Faith in 2017. The year after that (2018), Simpson College hosted it, and the year after that (2019), Luther College.
Not until after Covid and with funding from Arthur Vining Davis Foundations was it recommenced, with a conference back at Drake University in the Spring of 2022, then at Loras College in Fall of 2022, and back again to Drake in Spring of 2024, this time in conjunction with the annual conference of the Upper Midwest Region of the American Academy of Religion.
The current plan is to hold the conference every other year at Drake in conjunction with the annual conference of the Upper Midwest Region of the American Academy of Religion. This would make Spring (April) of 2026 its next iteration.
