Serbian Orthodox Christian services incorporate a lot of liturgical elements including creedal recitations, liturgical prayers, and Bible readings. The culmination of the service is the Eucharist, which can only be participated in if one is baptized into one of the Orthodox Christian Churches.
Note that Orthodox Christians cross themselves from right shoulder to left (rather than left shoulder to right, as Roman Catholics do).
